I love Shakeology and I love cookies so this is the perfect recipe! Enjoy!
1 Cup Natural Peanut Butter (I used low-sodium, creamy)
1 Cup Raw Honey
1 Cup Chocolate Shakeology (If you don’t want them to be super chocolatey you could do 1/2 chocolate & 1/2 vanilla or even try all vanilla)
1/2 Quick Oats
Mix peanut butter, honey, Shakeology, & quick oats in a bowl until combined. Roll batter into aprox 1 inch balls and flatten between palms into cookie shape, leaving cookies aprox. a cm thick. Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving (I left them in the fridge over-night.)
