Arrange them on a baking sheet, bake at a low temperature until crispy & enjoy! Sprinkle some cinnamon on top for a little extra flavor! If you have a mandolin slicer, you can use that to make them super thin but I prefer a knife. The slicer has to be VERY sharp and of great quality to get the thickness right!
